Leider hat das Bier eine sehr fruchtige Note, im Aroma meine ich sogar ein bisschen Banane zu erkennen. Schade, das ist kein Lager.

Brown color with good foam. Light aroma of malt and little hops. Light bitterness in the middle. Sweet flavor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught at Weinstube Pizzini, Bamberg, dark red brown with off white head, and a fruity strawberry and redcurrant nose. A bit too gassy, but otherwise fruity and malty. Dryish finish.

Clear, brown color. Aroma of caramel malt. Medium body. Bitter finish. Lively carbonation.

Draft at Fränkisches Bierfest Nürnberg.
Clear chestnut brown with a large off-white head.
Toasty, nutty, doughy, bready, inviting aroma.
Okay so there’s some wet dog hair but that’s probably just me.
Medium body and dry.
Toasty, nutty dark cara malts; crunchy.
Faint just-roasted dark malt.
Fantastically frothy and vivid in the mouth.
Presence, buddy.

Deep clear brown appearance, medium head, sweet well rounded dark lager. Refreshing.

McTapps (6856) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - MAY 26, 2013
Deep dark brown colour with low creamy head and medium to smooth body. Nose of malt. Nose of nuts, dark bread, dark grains, roasted caramel and balsamico vinegar. Really easy and nice to drink, quaffable and okay.

After drinking lots of hops dominated beers this one was a huge malty surprise. Quaffy, malty, full bodied, easy to go. Some nuts and caramel in the background. But this does not matter as malt wins it all. Good one.

TEJA (3027) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAY 11, 2013
Bottle sampled at Thomas W, thanks. Short light brown head. Dark amber color, somewere between lager and a dunkel. Light aroma of Munic malt. The Munic malt also dominate the taste and give some residual sweetness.

2.3
Ernest (7663) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - MAY 9, 2013
Bottle. Head is initially small, frothy, off-white to light brown, mostly diminishing. Body is clear light brown. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (popcorn, caramel, cereal), lightly hoppy (herbs), with a light note of sulfur. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly husky. Light to medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation. A very husky, dirty beer.
