Quand même assez décadent pour une dunkel avec ses notes riches de chocolat et de beurre de noisette. Une belle torréfaction s’y mêle également mais la somme est un peu inégale.

Bottle looks simple, but good. Beer surprisingly dark, the name was "Lager". Also tastes more like a Dunkel than like a Lager. Starts malty and dry, not too much, not too sweet. Well balanced finish, malty-dry, some notes of caramel. Great beer!

Bottle. Dark amber colour with a big tan head. Pissoir aroma and a malty, light grainy taste. Medium body with a light dry finish. This is the most horibal aroma ever for a beer, or a pissoir.

Ahh, memories from two years ago...Bottle. Aroma of nut, dark malts, and dark chocolate with a little barnyark funk / veggies...touch of bread and popcorn. Dark nut brown / dark copper pour with a sticky, lacing beige head. Creamy crisp taste with all of the above included. Toasted nutty choco veggie. Light flowery sweetness balanced by hops. Mild, with light end-bitterness. Nice and malty, nice and rural.

Bottle at Wildeman. Dark brown boddy with big puffy head. Malty and fruity nose. Quite watery. Fuzzy and prickly texture. Taste is roasty and herbal. Bitter in the finish.

Bottle from derdopplebock? Pours amber brown, looks like a brown ale, very nice. Aroma is nutty, balanced with peppery hop. Taste is a similar bag with hints of toffee and lemon, exstremly well balanced and drinkable.

[email protected] Franco, Erlangen. Dark for a lager, sort of a pale mahogany. Lightly perfumy aroma, with some pigfarm aromas. Nutty malts and also quite fruity ( i was having a tough time pinning this down). Lovely earthy hops, slightly grassy. Very nice drinking. Maybe it was because i was a little thirsty, but this was really pleasant.

Draft @ Franconian beer festival. Deep dark brown with red tint. Thick white head. Great fresh malty aroma. Dry chalky mouthfeel. Moderately husky flavors are nice and dry. Solid, very nice.

Bottle from Bierzwerg, Greven. Aroma is brown malts, caramel toffee, dark bread, with a touch of nuts. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Well-brewed example of the style.
