500ml bottle given to me by a friends daughter on her return from Kazakhstan (I did request her for a beer) and in turn shared with four mates on 24th July 2017 at the monthly Shrewsbury Beer Exchange in Chez Sophie. Anyway the beer was awful really, looked a typical lager/pilsner: clear and bright golden body, white topping. Intense sweetcorn aroma and taste, couldn’t get passed the sweetcorn myself and I am surprised minutemat has scored it so well, the other three guys at ’Untapped’ players, so you’ll not see their comments and scores. minutemat (6604) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JUL 24, 2017
500ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, July 17 - many thanks to Jeremy for this! I quite possibly had this during my time in Kazahkstan pre-RB, but who knows. Pours clear gold, thin white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, a little sweetcorn. Taste is clean, no real off-putting off flavours, besides some sweetcorn. There are worse euro lagers, would have an evening of this YantarCoast (1775) - Moscow, RUSSIA - JUN 13, 2017
500ml can from Ramstore in Almaty. Pours clear gold with a medium-sized head that doesn't last. Aroma is grassy, malt, light herbal hops. Taste is malt, grass, lemon. Clean and drinkable pale lager. bartzluke (598) - Oklahoma, USA - NOV 14, 2015
,5l from refrigerated bottle into beer mug on a train in Southern Kazakhstan. Hazy, gold-yellow, moderate carbonation. Light, weak head. Kind of grainy, corny, not the best taste. Nose is bland, not notable. Bleh all around. Thin, watery mouthfeel. Pass. Tmoney99 (15415) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JAN 4, 2015
Shared by phaleslu. Poured clear amber with medium white head that diminished quickly. Small malt aroma. Light body with smooth texture and soft carbonation. Light sweet flavor that was light sweet finish. Worth having once.

Thanks phaleslu for sharing. Clear pale yellow color. Ring of white head, some bits of lace. Really interesting flavor.. Kind of an herbal minty aspect to it I think, as well as a the regular lager flavor.. Bread, pepper, hint of lemon. Lighter sweet, hint of tart, mild bitter, weird funk. Light body. Light carbonation. Fun to try. 3/5/3/4/9

Handbottle shared by phaleslu as the final tour of the world beer and first from Kazakhstan. Pours a very pale clear golden color with a small to medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor had pale malts, grainy notes, grass, a slight citrus note, minerals, sweet corn notes, and hints of crackers. Light, watery, typical pale lager. phaleslu (11189) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 22, 2014
Handbottle shared by shrubber85- thanks again, Roger! Pours a totally pale clear gold with a finger of white head. Notes of grass, straw, faint lemon zest, minerals, pale and barley malts, and a bit of creamed corn. So light, with moderate carbonation and a clean, watery mouthfeel. So chuggable at 4%. Could drink all day while trekking across the Kazakh Steppe. Patrickctenchi (6867) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - NOV 24, 2014
Can: ( huge thanks to Travlr)
Pale gold with a large white head.
Initially off-putting, light barnyard/horse manure scent...but just for a moment.
A little sticky-sweet grain malt taste...
Very thin and light...but really not bad.......
If I were mowing the lawn in Kazakhstan, this one would be just fine...
truly not a bad Pale Lager, overall. shrubber85 (11961) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - NOV 22, 2014
Can (courtesy of Travlr, much thanks). Light lactic barley malt aroma. Pale yellow with large head. Sweet milky lemon and barley malt aroma. Light body. Pretty light but tasty - I’d like this as a regular session beer.
