Bottled. Murky brown-amber body with a white head. Notes of banana, plastic and wheat malt in the aroma. Empty, dull caramelly-malty dry taste, with, again, light banana and light plastic. Just unappealing, a totally sub par dunkelweizen. Will retry again at some point, really hope it's not usually like this.

Keg at Kuchlbauer, Ingolstadt. Really dark brown and cloudy. A nice, moderately sweet aroma. Nutty, malty flavour, with hints of vanilla. Really smooth.

Thank you BuckeyeBoy! 500 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBWG VI (2017). BBF 01/06/17. Dark amber, creamy tanned head. Nose is bitter herbal leaves, roast, bay leaf, thicker dark lager body, herbal. Taste is bitter herbal leaves, bit metallic, sugary, faint coca-cola, too metallic, roast, big kitchen spices, brown banana. Basic sweet metallic kitchen spices. Expected worse, crude, sweet spice but but it manages.
