Aroma: Shy nose, mostly tropical fruits (pears, peaches) and white grapes, some cereal. Interesting fruity profile.
Appearance: Beautiful blonde-orange, with nice retention
Flavor: More on the sweet side, fruity with a perceptible alcohol warmth in the finish.
Palate: Full and slightly sticky, carbonation rather low.
Overall: This was way too sweet and heavy for a saison. Still an enjoyable beer. RyanMM (416) - Ferndale, Michigan, USA - JUN 6, 2011
Pours clear, brilliant gold. Medium head fades to moderate, fine lacing. Nose presents cider, butterscotch, light grapiness. Moderate-high carbonation, medium body. A little sweet, a hint of pleasant butteriness, very light and refreshing despite the ABV. Really tasty stuff.
