On tap at the brewpub.
Aroma: fruity, sucre d’orge, not overly hopped as your typical american barleywine.
Appearance: Copper-gold pour, white head.
Taste: Candy sweetness, light hop finish, brown sugar. Deliciously sweet.
Overall: As opposed to the name, this is more of an english barleywine. Snojerk321 (2984) - San Diego, California, USA - JUL 6, 2011
12oz bottle. Pours a viscous caramel brown with a small off white head. Big boozy nose with caramel, toffee and more booze. A bit cloying in the finish. Tasty but a bit overdone. adrian910ss (2604) - Doylestown, PA, USA - JUN 1, 2011

Tap @ RnH. The aroma is sweet, fruity, boozy. The appearance is a opaque orange brown. The flavor is wiierd, like fruit juice, with a wierd spoiled quality. The finish is booze warming, sweet. Not a good effort. murphym45 (779) - New York, New York, USA - MAY 2, 2011

Tap at Kuhnhenn. Hazy orange with a slight amber hue, small off-white head, decent lacing. Aroma is sweet with caramel and not much else going on. Flavor matches unfortunately. It is a decent barley wine, but not anything I want to go back to. Streets (29) - New York, New York, USA - APR 28, 2011
Nice amber look with frosty finish. Nice undertone flavor of nuts with an aroma of sweet flowers. This goes well with the energetic flavors jredmond (8839) - New York, New York, USA - APR 27, 2011
Draft at RnH with Streets, Andrew, and Brendan during the Kuhnhenn Total Tap Takeover Event. Pours a hazy orange amber body. Aroma is soft sweet flavors. Mouthfeel is medium with notes of sweet malt, citrus, and no trace of the 11.5%.
