Pours yellow. Aroma is herbal with a touch of mint. Flavor is herbal like a mild minty green tea. Hints of mild spice. I don’t know what yarrow tastes like but if its this I want more things infused with it.

Chilled bottle poured into a snifter at a JStax tasting. Pours hazy pale yellow. Strong herbal aroma (mostly chamomile). Taste is strong chamomile. ABV is well covered, but this makes me sleepy, so sleepy.

Bottle thanks to UncleRudy. Pours a pale, still gold. Herbal, green tea, and month notes come through in the aroma. Taste is like herbal sleepy time tea. If you’ve had that stuff, you’ll know what I mean.

Bottle courtesy of Vinny. Pours a clear honey yellow golden body. Aroma is insane amount of floral bouquet, basil, green tea, rose Mary and spice. Mouthfeel is medium to light with notes of green and black tea, light dry honey, basil, rosemary and much more mint coming through. Incredibly unique mead. Incredible.
