Pours a nice golden hue. Aroma of milk chocolate and light pumpkin spice. Flavor is real nice. Lots of milky chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Subtle pumpkin with even more chocolate. Nice sweet spicy treat. PhillyCraft (7417) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 10, 2014
UPDATED: APR 12, 2014 Bottle huge thanks to Steve for sending me this. Shared with Bill, pours clearish orange, with no head. Aromas are chocolate coke, amaretto, pumpkin pie, chocolate neco wafers and coconut cream. Flavor is vanilla, milk chocolate, birch beer, honey, and nutmeg spice. This mead is wild and has me missing the kuhn days of old. burg326 (5489) - Florida, USA - AUG 14, 2014
Poured a darker orangish color with aromas of chocolate, wafers, vanilla, pumpkin, nutmeg and light spice. Flavors are the same as the aromas, nice pumpkin, chocolate mix with some soft vanilla, not overly sweet from the honey, very tasty and the abv is again hidden very well. This is dangerously delicious. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - JAN 30, 2012
12 oz bottle shared by Derek. Thanks, bud! Opened after the regular Pumpkin. Pours a rich golden orange hue, faint haze but largely transparent. A faint head dies to nothing. Aromas are cocoa and pumpkin puree, vanilla and cinnamon come on well, touches of nutmeg, spice, and honey. Gentle sweetness, mellow honey, more pumpkin pie with some touches of cocoa. Initial is mellow, lighter bodied with a touch of thickness from the mead, offering sweet honey, fruit, and pumpkin pie. Spicy cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla smooths the ordeal out as cocoa takes on a more complex element. Rich cocoa comes into the fold, tootsie rolls, much stronger than I thought could do. A touch of toast, creamy sweetness, rich and more than the regular pumpkin. Very nice. Rich and complex, a step up from regular Pumpkin. BOLTZ7555 (3027) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - MAR 31, 2012
Bottle acquired via trade with punkrkr27! Not shockingly, beautiful crystal clear 14 karat/straw pour. Aroma is all cocoa powder and honey. Dark and milk chocolate fill the nostrils and palate. Not a ton of pumpkin, nutmeg, or cinnamon in there...the Nestlé Quik qualities are too dominant. Alcohol is invisible. Very unique and good.

Pour out of 375 mL bottle, dark reddish pour with thin to no head, aroma is amazingly full of milk chocolate, cocoa powder, lots of sweet chocolate notes into caramel, hints of slight vanilla, the pumpkin is completely covered up. Taste is big milk chocolate, vanilla, honey, big caramel, toffee, slight pumpkin but it is hidden, finishing sweet, slight earth, lots of cocoa powder. Tasty. Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured clear dark golden brown color with good legs. Heavy chocolate, pumpkin and small alcohol aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and long legs. Medium to heavy pumpkin chocolate flavor with a medium to heavy complex sweet finish of moderate to long duration. Pleasing smooth alcohol burn. Very good mead.

Bottle… Hazy golden braggot with sparse legwork. The aroma is a luxuriant intermingling of white chocolate, milk chocolate, vanilla, pumpkin pie spices and cinnamon. Medium to full-bodied with a silky mouthfeel and gentle carbonation. The flavor provides sweet, succulent, pumpkin pie and vanilla sweetness offset by just the right level of woody bitterness. Finishes bittersweet. Bottle courtesy of biggsbowler! dcschiller (2208) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - JAN 17, 2013
Bottle from Rayl101. Pours a clear dark gold. Aroma is chocolate and pumpkin spice. Taste is sweet with more chocolate and pumkin pie flavors. Medium bodied with a sticky texture. Alcohol warmth. Pretty good stuff. slowrunner77 (12162) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 25, 2014
"While still very enjoyable (and shocking in it’s smoothness and lacking of heat at 16%) the chocolate in this brew covered up some of the flavor and aroma that I really liked in the "regular" pumpkin version. More tootsie roll than anything else, though the light spicing and honey show themselves as well."
