(187ml bottle from Epic Mead Tasting 2011, thanks in part to blutt59 and Mora2000) cloudy cinnamon/red color with excellent lacing. Nose of real cinnamon sticks, floral, and a bit spicy. Taste is spicy, real cinnamon, honey, and delicious. Tastes just like a really good fresh cinnamon stick, just awesome. Almost like someone accidentally dumped too much cinnamon in, but it turned out awesome. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - SEP 18, 2011
Thanks to blutt59 and thirdeye11 for going in with me on 16 Kuhnhenn meads. This was part of an epic 20 mead tasting.
Pours a peachy orange color. The aroma a great mix of orange and cinnamon, two aromas that go very well together. The flavor is very heavy on the cinnamon with some honey notes mixed in. Tastes almost exactly like a cinnamon roll. Medium mouthfeel. Cavie (4717) - Arlington, Texas, USA - SEP 8, 2011
Bottle courtesy the great mead trade of 2011. (thirdeye11, blutt59, mora2000.) Pours a hazy peach color. Again, no carbonation but it’s not supposed to have any. Aroma is, in a word, CINNAMON!! Very spicy smell, with candles and honey. Flavor is spicy cinnamon and apples. Tastes like cinnamon apples that I get through my Elementary school lunch line. Different.

bottle, light cloudy pink orange, bright cinnamon aroma, flavors are bready cinnamon toast chibuck (3513) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 3, 2011
Thanks to Alex for this... pours a really ugly murky, ugly... the nose is super strong, hot cinnamon with a bit of honey and graham cracker... the taste is amazingly restrained from the nose and compared to the cinnamonster’s bride, light honey on the front with a cinnamon bite finish, a touch hot, but ok for a cinnamon beer if you like those JaBier (7972) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - JUL 26, 2011
Glass at Kuhnhenn. Hazy orange/brown pour with no carbonation and some legs. Aroma of a cinnamon roll with a touch of honey and apple. Cinnamon, and honey flavor with some doughy character. It really is like a cinnamon roll in a glass. Phenomenal. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - JUL 25, 2011
Thanks to MeadMe for the share. Pours the color of murky pink grapefruit juice with no head, but a ton of particulates. Nose is like an atomic fireball, cinnamon sticks, and hints of earthy spice with some booze. Flavor is similar with a ton of cinnamon, some booze, more cinnamon when the particulates hit, and a finish that seems like it wants to be dry. Interesting mead. One to sip and ponder. pantanap (3366) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 22, 2011
Kuhnhenn cinnamonster revenge. 6oz nip bottle. Courtesy of Tooch i believe..... Pours a murky red grapefruit pour with a cloudy profile overall and an absolute crappy ass appearance but makes up for it later in terms of its aroma an flavor... Aroma of cinnamon with a mild spice and a sweeter honey nature...solid honey flavor with a genuine cinnamon profile overall. Nice clean flavors albeit just a touch thin overall. Nice flavors and enjoyed.
