[4122-20111113] Tap. Light soapy yeast dough aroma. Clear, light yellow body with a quick creamy white head. More sweet sickly soapy yeast in the flavour with a lingering aftertaste. Medium body. Average. (6/3/6/3/13) 3.1

Sample at the brewpub (as "Classic American Pilsner"). The beer is a clear yellow-gold color with a medium thin white head that fizzes away steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of mildly spiced hops and malt. Light body with a light hops character that has grassy and fruity notes, plus some sweet malt in the background. The finish is short and mildly hoppy. Average overall. Beerman6686 (6607) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 9, 2010
This poured a straw yellow color with a white head. Aroma was light malts and some corn. Flavor was lots of corn, some other adjuncts and light malt and slight notes of grassy hops. Good for the style but thatís about it. ryan (3186) - Beltsville, Maryland, USA - MAY 1, 2010
Clear pale straw body, small white head. Nose definitely has a corn note, but other than that itís pretty clean, light herbal hops. Taste is dough, light corn, grass and light lemon. Medium/light body is round with moderate carbonation. If the corn (which I canít stand, even in bourbon) was less prevalent, Iíd give this something closer to a 3.5 msante79 (2225) - Mount Prospect, Illinois, USA - NOV 11, 2009
On tap at brewpub. Pours dark golden with white head. Aroma is grainy with bready malts. Flavor is grainy with bready malts and very light hops. Finishes crisp and is refreshing. Sometime imperial pilsners and wits can be a cloying sweet mess but this is not the case. This had a very full flavor and was enjoyable to drink.

Very pale straw colour. Thin head. The nose is light with a little bit of graininess. Light grassy aroma as well. Very light bodied with a bit of lean crackery malt character. MehÖ itís okay if light lagers are your thing, but they arenít really mine. PilsnerPeter (3045) - Flushing, New York, USA - SEP 10, 2009
Tap at Blind Tiger: Very pale yellow with a white film of head. Vacant macro aroma- some cereal grains, corn and mild pale malt husk. Light body with a very simple flavor. Mild pale malt grains with notes of corn, mild vegetal notes and hardly any discernible hop character or bitterness. Adjunct ridden, but fairly clean. Very boring. j12601 (10871) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - SEP 5, 2009
On tap at the Blind Tiger at their Kuhnhenn event. Pours a clear pale yellow with a thin white head. Light grain and barely a touch of hops. Not much going on aroma or flavor wise, but very inoffensive with no huge grain notes and just a touch of sweetness. Really refreshing though, and probably a fine lawnmower or poolside beer. For as bad a score as Iím giving this, Iíd certainly drink this again given the right circumstances.

Pours a light gold with a white head that dissipates quickly, light malt aroma and taste, some hints of corn, I was hoping for a little more, ok for drinking with food. GodOfThunder (1249) - Orlando, Florida, USA - AUG 5, 2009
Likely the best swill lager Iíve ever had. Draft at the brewpub. Clear, light and refreshing. Everything bud light should be.
