Sampled on draught @ Kuhnhenn Brewing Company in Warren, Michigan. Light yellow color. Doughy aroma, exploding with cereal, corn and pale malts. No off flavors, crisp and clean with a moderate light fruit flavor. Pretty tasty overall. Blows the macros away. 11026 (1772) - Alabama, USA - MAY 23, 2005

UPDATED: DEC 25, 2006 Draft... Hazy, light yellow lager with a small, creamy, white head. Lightly floral, buttery nose. Sweet, grainy flavor. Medium-bodied and creamy with lively carbonation. Sweet, corny finish. jtw (1165) - farmington, Michigan, USA - MAR 19, 2005
i’m surprised by the low ratings here. this was a startlingly clean lager, it’s a perfectly textbook american pilsner. i could drink this by the gallon in the summer.

Hazed golden body with a small white head. Minimal lighlty bready aroma. The flavor is also lightly bready. Good for what it is. Light medium crips body. walleye (1102) - Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA - JUN 1, 2004
UPDATED: MAY 26, 2007 Rerate had this 3 years ago so I thought I would revisit this beer. The aroma is close to the 1st rating but get a nice sweetness to it same goes for the flavor this and smooth this could be my hot summer day beer very refreshing. June 1st rating 1.8 2004poured lemonade. aroma light lemon, yeasty, corn. flavor yeasty and citrus. not a fan of this. thedm (6308) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - MAY 14, 2004
This draft brew from the brewery poured a large sized head of white colored long lasting bubbles that left behind a very poor lacing. The body was transparent carbonated and weak straw yellow in color. The aroma was almost non-existent and the mouth feel was slightly tingly with a mildly astringent acidic flavor. This was described as a beer to make the Bud/Miller/Coors crowd happy. hotstuff (5233) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - MAY 9, 2004
On tap at Kuhnhenn Brewing. Poured a small white head with fine-small sized bubbles that quickly dissipated. The body was transparent and the hue was yellow. The aroma was lightly malty and sweet with a sweet and malty taste. The mouthfeel was smooth and the texture was light. There was no lacing. This beer lacks aroma and flavor. UPDATED: APR 15, 2005 Good yellow, bubbly pour. Small white head, and a very corn-like aroma with some light hops notes. Flavor is lightly sweet with a light metallic finish. It tastes very fresh and clean, but not overly flavorful as Joe points out. It’s too bad Kuhnhenn has to make this stuff to appease the BMC crowd that comes in. It’s a great beer for what it is, no skunky, sour flavors.
