Growler... Pours clear and black with flickers of mahogany and a small, fleeting, lightly tanned head. The aromatics are a merger of chocolate milk and cream soda. Medium-bodied with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and jazzy carbonation. The flavor is chocolaty, roasty and bittersweet - trending a tad sweet. The finish is reminiscent of the milk left in the bowl after my Cocoa Puffs are gone. I usually re-use it for my second bowlful. Sometimes I drink it. Regardless, there’s always a second bowlful. On tap: The aroma consists of huge cocoa, milk chocolate, light-moderate vanilla, and light espresso. It pours a dark cloudy brown with a creamy tan head that eventually settles to a thick film. The flavor starts with moderate-heavy milk chocolate/chocolate syrup. There is some light roasted malt in the middle. The finish has light-moderate vanilla cream and light espresso. It’s medium-full bodied with soft carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel. Overall, this is really tasty, but it’s a small dose dessert beer. It would wear on me quickly. tectactoe (3125) - Michigan, USA - JAN 16, 2015
Tap @ Kuhnhenn: Dark brown, nearly black, topped with a foamy tan head that quickly recedes to a thin skin. Aroma is packed with chocolate. Milky, creamy, sweet, with very low detectable roast. Malty cocoa powder with just a hint of leafiness towards the very back-end. Taste isn’t drastically different than the milk residue left after a bowl of cocoa puffs... Only more... Stouty. I guess. Big-time sweet chocolate flavor, milky & creamy with a slight balancing roast underneath. Heavy cocoa dust all over the place. Hint of astringency towards the finish with an aftertaste of roasted nuttiness & milky sweet, sugary chocolates. Medium, creamy body. Really nice stuff. UPDATED: APR 14, 2014 It really does taste and smell like cocoa puff cereal milk. More something I’d get at momofuke milk bar than a beer I’d drink more than a small pour of. But well executed and much tastier than lucky charms. BlowOffTube (515) - Michigan, USA - MAR 27, 2014
Enjoyable because its like drinking the milk after having a bowl of cocoa puffs. Dark brown pour thin tan head. Chocolate wheat aroma and taste. Vanilla and cereal puff like taste. Medium body light carbonation.

On tap at the pub. Dark beer with a foamy beige ring of a head. Very chocolaty nose. Big flavors of milk chocolate, sweetened coffee, puffed wheat, with a long bitter chocolate finish. Nice sweet stout. SpongeRuiner (1114) - Michigan, USA - MAR 19, 2014
On tap at the brewery. This stuff is pretty awesome in just the matching to the cereal. The smell is exactly like the cereal after it just starts to soak up the milk. Taste is also pretty much an exact match it seems. All around good stuff. umich03jm (3512) - Flat Rock, Michigan, USA - MAR 19, 2014
Sample at Kuhnhenn. Pours very dark brown with a small foamy beige head. They got the aroma right on this one. Smells like Cocoa Puffs cereal right out of the box. Taste is right on too but I wish they would’ve added a little lactose sweetness but I think they were going more for what the dry cereal tastes like. Pretty smooth in the finish. Enjoyed this one. This one poured a semi murky mud brown color with a beige head. Aroma was of chocolate milk, cereal characteristics, and light roast. Flavor is almost completely spot on, literally tasted like chocolate, with the diluted chocolate milk taste and some milky ceral grain taste too. Great stuff.
