Had this at the St. Pattys day party, glad to see it is on ratebeer. Nothing too impressive hear. Poured a rich golden color. Smelled grainy with lots of dough. Taste was lots of yeast and fresh dough, corn, wheat, with a bity carbonated finish. Pretty thin and one dimensional. ogglethorp (917) - Ohio, USA - APR 2, 2007
Tap at St Patty’s. Pours hazy straw color with smallish off white head. Aroma is sour, doughy, grain, pale malts. Flavor is sweet pale malts, grain, more dough, some tartness, corn. Palate is medium to light bodied, mildly carbonated, tart finish. Thin and watery. Not one of my favorites. That tartness/sourness threw me off.
