3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at Kuhnhenn Brewpub. Straw yellow with a medium white crown. Aroma of pine, woodsy hops, pale malt and some floral notes. Taste is very mild with light floral hops, mild citrus and a pale malt backer. Prickly and gritty with mild bitterness. I’ll skip the fluffer and go right to the real thing.
Tap at the source, Warren. Pours pale dusty yellow, white head. Aroma is lemon, citrus, lots of rice. Flavor is super ricey, too much imo. Wow, that’s like adjunct lager with some ipa quality. Not good. rosenbergh (11760) - Tampere, FINLAND - SEP 20, 2016

Clear golden color with a small white head.
Fruity hops, sweetness, mild bitterness and malt in the aroma.
Sweet fruity hops, some sugary sweetness and malt in the aroma. Feels a bit thin.

Light, hay-golden body shows good clarity and a white head with moderate retention.
Nice West Coast aroma, with light pine and citrus, but not overdone. Lots of honey and biscuit malt behind it. Seems quite simcoe-like, which I can get behind. Some grassiness and pepper, as well, signifies other PNW hops, perhaps? Not sure exactly, but it’s clean, aromatic and seemingly well-attenuated with no alcohol noted.
Lightly bitter in the flavor with green, vegetal, simcoe-like notes and moderate pine but very low on resin. Some heavy grassiness is the only real detractor, and perhaps just a touch of breadiness from the malt. Otherwise, it’s crystal clean, with ample, tight carbonation and a crisp finish. Great hop flavors and good restraint on the bittering component.
On tap at CBC 2016. Fresh and hoppy with citrus. Similar taste. Light body, spritsy. A bit watery. Nice for low ABV Humlehode (845) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 13, 2016
