Tasting at Papsø
Hazy deep blond color. The arm ahas sweetish malt, coriander, plastic, light mint. Sweet body, a bit too much vegetables avvented (wrong fermetation temperature?). The final, being a bit fruity and sweet, is pleasant. Not impressive.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with dmschefke (thanks!). Poured a medium to deeper and slightly hazy golden color with a small size white head. Aromas of yeastiness, some fruitiness, and spices. Tastes of yeast, spices, fruitiness, and a little breadiness.Lively and fizzy body. Alcohol content overall well hidden. I probably would have guessed this one was a tripel.
