Tap; dark copper/amber color with decent white head. Nice caramel malt and toffee/molasses?, with lots of apple and peach. Has the belgian yeasty peach character to it. Initial flavor is all sweet caramel malt with the fruits coming through towards the finish. Usually not a fan of this style, but this is very well done. Sampled on draught @ Kuhnhenn Brewing Company in Warren, Michigan. Deep copper color. Beautiful malt aroma bursting with caramel and toffee, cinnamon apples and light fruit. Texture is creamy and extremely smooth, perfect for a Maibock. Flavor is heavenly, well extracted and loaded with luscious caramel, apple and toffee malt flavors. On tap: Cloudy orange, looks like its got some nice carbonation, poured a small diminishing head. Aromas are sweet and malty, apples, dates, oranges, and lots of bananas. Flavor is sweet but not syrupy, bananas galore, the slightest of hops, bubblegum and some alcohol as i warms. On Tap at Brewery... Poured a golden amber with a smaller head. Aromas were earthy, fruity with hints of spice. Bold mouthfeel with flavors of malt and fruit.

On tap: Caramel and light apple in the aroma. Transparent orangish-amber with a small white head. Flavor is opposite of aroma with more apple and only light caramel. On tap. Light amber with white foamy head. Nose is lacking, but hints of dough are found. Fizzy on the tongue. Taste is caramel. Very dry with some light sweetness.
