Pale blond color, hazy, with a few sparse bubbles. Stranger aroma; there is a herbal character (rosemary, thyme, sage), light fruity, light lemongrass or melissa, finally a bit minty too; mojito, I would say. Sweet flavor, with a lean mouthfeel, also because the final seems drier; it’s fruity, a bit lemony, tropical, delivering fresh impressions, with a touch of fresh mint in the end; it also has a quite warming alcohol presence; the flavor is more similar to a margarita.
Playing with herbs is complicated; it’s a fairly nice result, but without a mead character.
Bottle at home, bought in Barcelona. Pours light yellow with no head. Nose is tart and fresh and actually reminds me of margarita. Lime and other citrus fruits, agave and some honey notes. Same with taste. Very interesting!

Pours a pale yellow. Aromas of honey and lime. Flavor is spot on. Sugary sweet up front with lots of lime. Nice blast of agave and tequila. A hint of brine in the finish. A margarita mead indeed. Love it. hopscotch (11113) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JUN 15, 2013
Bottle... Hazy straw-colored mead that smells like a margarita with a splash of honey. Full-bodied and silken with the dawn of carbonation. The flavor is exactly what the nose promised – boozy tequila, tart lime and bittersweet triple sec. The boys as Kuhnhenn really nailed this one. Bottle generously provided by biggsbowler! onceblind (9706) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAR 25, 2013
UPDATED: MAR 26, 2013 Hazy light gold. Aroma of sticky salty margarita. Flavor is nice and unique, with store-brand margarita flavors, a sticky sweetness, and something like light tones of salt on the finish with a bit more of that sticky margarita mixer. Lots of lime and agave. Sweet and tart.
