Copper pour with thin white head. Nose was surprisingly fruity with some caramel and sweet malt. Taste was nice. Malt forward with a little bitterness on the back. Still getting some citrus notes as well. Nice beer that could really be special with a barrel treatment version.

On tap at Kuhnhenn Brewpub. Clear bronze with a creamy tan head and flare lacing. Very sweet aroma of alcohol, toffee and fruit. Taste is boozy with strong toffee, heavy sweet malt and fruit. Some burns but not too bad overall. 1FastSTi (3360) - Glendale, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 1, 2012
GTMW 2012. I really liked this beer. Dark brown body with a perfect head. Amazing aromas of wheat and barley. Hops are well balanced. Amazing wheaty finish on this beer. Perfect creamy velvety palate that hides any alcohol. I thought this was a stupendous beer. drowland (8676) - Georgia, USA - AUG 22, 2012
8/11/12. GTMW. Dark amber pour with a small khaki head. Rich aroma of dark fruits with a hint of spice, toast, caramel, and biscuit. Sweet flavor with more dark fruits, sugars, and a touch of spice and caramel. Not bad. rbfishstick (141) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 19, 2012
Enjoyed at GTMW 2012. Pours an amber with a short tan head. The scent was of melon. It was a strong flavor but without being overly boozy. Smooth taste with a bitter berry aftertaste.

Dark amber pour soapy white head. Big fresh pine aroma, some nice sweet sugars. Full well coated palate. Animal crackers and caramel and some grapefruit with a piney finish. Delicious! hopscotch (11101) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - AUG 9, 2012
Bottle... Clear, dark, dirty-orange ale with a small, creamy, mushroom-colored head. The aromatic highlights are dark fruits and spicy, grainy wheat. Full-bodied with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and laid-back carbonation. The flavor presents caramel, toffee, fig and mild alcohol. Finishes bittersweet and lightly warming. The high ABV is quite subdued. Bottle courtesy of KickInchalice! umich03jm (3513) - Flat Rock, Michigan, USA - JUL 12, 2012
Draft at the pub. Pours a clear dark amber color with a nice head that lingers a bit. Huge caramel malt aroma mixed with wheat, strawberries, cherries, peaches, and some other fruit. Taste is very sweet and has a solid bitterness. Very fruity and smooth. No alcohol detection in the finish and the fruitiness and wheat flavor lingers awhile. Very nice wheat wine. Smoothest I’ve had.
