COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This IPA is hoppy and malty on the nose. It is medium bodied and deep red in color. It is very malty for an IPA, but it works with the heavy Centennial dry hopping.

On tap at the brewpub. Aroma: Hoppy, slighty roasted malts, rather discrete. Flavors: Bitter and hoppy taste, roastiness with some rye. Palate: Medium-low carbonation, full body, slight alcohol finish. Overall: Well done but nothing remarkable.

On tap at the brewery on Father’s Day. Served in a pint glass. Color is deep red, almost brown with a 1" tan foamy head. Aroma is of pine, citrus, sweet caramel malt, and a bit of toasted malt. Taste is a nice balance of sweet and bitter. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy, with nice medium carbonation. Very enjoyable IPA, I could’ve had a couple of these!
