UPDATED: JAN 12, 2011 Bottle shared by the brothers K, and on tap. Hazy dark golden, with average white head. Aroma has a nice balance of floral and citrus up front, fruity esters, light pepper. faint grass, light pils malt background. Flavor on par, pils malt comes through a little more. For everything going on, really clean. Could be a tad drier. Medium carbonation. Well done. flemdawg (565) - Rowlett, Texas, USA - MAY 30, 2004
Clear reddish yellow color with a white head. Sour yeast aroma. Mostly grapefruit in the taste and a light sweet finish. I give credit to this small brewery for trying this seldom found style. ryan (3185) - Beltsville, Maryland, USA - MAY 1, 2010
Couple year old bottle shared by the Kuhnhenn brothers. Cloudy pale body with a large white head. Perfume and flowers in the nose along with dough, cotton candy and a touch of honey. The taste is light to moderately sweet, lightly bitter with herbal/floral hops, cotton candy and pears; Just a touch of oxidation, but it goes well with the dusty yeast. Medium body is very soft with moderate carbonation. Pailhead (6543) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - FEB 10, 2007
On tap: The aroma has strong yeasty notes with moderate apple, peach, and faint spice. It’s a transparent golden-orange with a small white head. The flavor starts with a big yeasty kick. There is moderate apple in the middle and finishes mildly spicey with a hint of sourness. I have to say I’m pretty suprised by the overall rating. Ibrew2or3 (8828) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - JAN 1, 2007
6.5% ABV. On draft at brewery. It poured with a dark gold color with creamy white head. Nice fruity aroma of tart grapes and some sweet undercurrents. Flavor has a nice balance between several layers of sweet and tart grape fruitiness. Pretty darn smooth making it tough to discern flavor notes. I also detect mild spices floating around the flavor profile. Yet another good beer from Kuhnhenn.

On tap. Unsure of the style, this was the first I have had. A pleasant brew, amber in color. Nice white head and good lacing. Much like an IPA in flavor with orange hints in the background. bgburdman9 (861) - columbus, Ohio, USA - JAN 7, 2007
On tap at the brewery. Fruity and citrusy in the aroma with a little funkiness but its very light. Pretty sweet but still pretty good overall. I thought this would be a little higher when i looked it up. mattmc1973 (479) - Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA - JUN 21, 2009
