UPDATED: DEC 8, 2010 Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has strong notes of brettanomyces combined with medium notes of caramel - is this supposed to be so? The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of brettanomyces and fruit, leading to a dry, tart, and brett’y finish.joergen (28149) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 3, 2010
[Hand bottle from growler by Clark VV on March 25th, leaked on the way to Jacob Lövenlund, sampled April 7th] A hazy orange beer with no head, but it gave a small pfizt when we opened it - so it wasn’t all dead. The aroma is sweet hoppy with hints of alcohol. The flavor contains notes of grass, prunes, and spices where especially ginger stands out - it is a little too spicy for me. Has it turned bad on the journey? [7/2/5/4/12=3.0]

Very frothy amber beer. Enormous head with sherbety hop flavours! Palate is soft and almost creamy. Taste is an unusual combination of water chesnuts and hops! The water chesnut flavour always reminds me of ’Deus’ but this is much much more hoppy. Nice blend of flavours and a nice palate.
Tap at the Copenhagen beer festival... Light hazy amber... Big off white head... Light floral hop nose.. Soapy fruit.. Zezty lemon... Big soapy finish Leighton (21258) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 18, 2010
Tap at New Beer. Pours a slightly hazy gold with s medium, white head. Nose is quite fruity, with typical citrus from the hops but also banana from the Belgian yeast. Up front the flavor has medium sweetness, then quickly shifts to bitter with light pine, finishing with a distinct Belgian character. The candy sugar is highly perceptible and adds a unique layer to the beer. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Really nice. Rasmus40 (20732) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - APR 29, 2013
