Bottle, shared at the Boxing Day tasting at TimE’s place in Calgary. Nearly clear, just a hint of yellow, perfectly still. Aroma of faint meadow and wax. Flavour is simple diluted honey, then a blast of sulphites that completely kills the experience. Disappointing. Ferris (15267) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 26, 2013
Bottle - Sweet white grape, herbal and some minerals. Very clear light yellow with no head. Sugary, light white fruit and that mineral again. Flat and light. Very light almost not there with a poor mineral finish. presario (4916) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 26, 2013
Looks like a glass of water. Faint aroma, sulphur? Enjoying lye bland until ass kicking sulphur finish. TimE (5816) - Tokyo, JAPAN - DEC 26, 2013
Very clear, smells like dandelions and lavender with some honey. The mouth has no carbonation but the finish is good damn nasty. Nice nose that falls off a cliff after that. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JUN 11, 2012

Thanks to blutt59 and thirdeye11 for going in with me on 16 Kuhnhenn meads. This was part of an epic 20 mead tasting.
Pours a light yellow color. The aroma is not that exciting. All I get is honey. The flavor is a little more complex. In addition to the honey, I also get some floral notes and a little bit of alcohol. Medium mouthfeel. Not as exciting as some of the other crazy Kuhnhenn meads we had at the tasting. Bottle courtesy the great mead trade of 2011. (thirdeye11, blutt59, mora2000.) Pours a very light straw color. Slight bubbles. Aroma is honey, flower petals, pollen and sweet notes. This smells hot. Flavor is spicy alcohol, dry floral notes and floral notes. Finishes spicy and polleny.
