Draft to taster at MBGSF ’10 from notes. Pours a hazy reddish amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have softer malts, sweet fruit character, grapefruit citrus, tropical notes, syrupy, strawberry, light tart, too gimmicky.

Nice fresh fruity nose with lots of citrus and tropical fruit. Taste is lightly sweet with fresh squeezed tropical fruit juice. Solid fruit beer.

Sampled at MBGSF’10 - Another one that is better in the nose than on the tongue. Strawberry and raspberry, light creamsicle, tart fruit. Love the star wars reference.

Pouring at the Michigan Brewers Festival during RBSG. Pours a hazy red amber with a large white head. Smells immediately like bubblegum. Big and fruity. Tangy sweet bubblegum, medium . Nice soft wheat and fruit. Tingly. Another nice one.

MBGSF 2010. Poured hazy pink color with an average frothy white head that lasted and poroduced good lacing. Moderate to heavy red grapefruit aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Interesting beer.

Tap at MBGSF. Very sweet, plum, fruit syrup nastiness. Tastes like crappy soda. I’d call this a drain pour, but at outdoor festivals you’ve got the wonderful ability to simply throw things over your shoulder.

Sampled on tap at the MiBGF (Ypsilanti, MI). Pours a nice glowing orange pink, well hazed with a big fluffy slightly pink tinged head. Aromas are dragonfruit and tangelo, a touch of cranberry, juicy with a fruity melanage and some light dry wheat and coriander. Initial is juicy cranberry and tangelo, juicy with coriander, flaked wheat, very juicy. Lighter bodied but packs a flavorful kick. Very nice fruit beer with a complex fruit melange, a touch of berry and tropical fruit. Finish isn’t a lingering sweetness but leaves some tasty fruit salad, touch of maltiness, ever so light bitterness tries to balance. Call me a sucker, but I loved this fruit beer.. It really gave an interesting take. Considerably less cloying than other fruit beers with it’s gentler mix of melon, tangelo, and seemingly just a light sprtiz of citrus and more mellow berries. Nice.

Sampled at the MiBGSF ’10. Poured a cloudy reddish pink gold with a lasting pink white head that had dry ice in it to make the beer look like it was steaming. Aroma was very fruity with melons, grapes and apple sticking out the most. Flavor was very fruity with similar notes mentioned above and it dried out a bit in the finish. Unfortunately the fruit was a bit overly sweet for my liking.
