Dry English ale yeast, Five types of malt, One type of hops, Maca Root, Real Banana, and Natural Flavors.

We are sure you will appreciate this unique brew with a familiar flavor. This smooth and tasty English style ale is brewed with real banana flavors. We worked hard to keep the flavor profile balanced so that you will recognize the classic nutty and light roasty flavors of a brown ale along with the banana overtones. Like we said – we didn’t monkey around on this one!

sample at mondial de la bière 2016, mtl. cloudy milky medium dark brown pour with a small beige cap offering some retention and lacing. very syrupy, offensive bananas, sugary brown maltiness, sweet caramelized nuts, toffee. moderate carbonation, medium body - oily; sweet if not cloying banana finish. sweet awful artificial banana mess.

Red-brown color. You can small the banana from across the room; it’s like a banana creme pie. I usually am not crazy about banana but this is delightful. The brown malts approximates a graham cracker crust, just enough. The flavor is more of that banana creme, but this time with a nutty brown malt, with hazelnut and almond. Feels thick and creamy. I’m kind of amazed how great this beer is; they found a way to pull it off. A miracle.

Pours deep mahogany into a shaker. Off-white head with little retention recedes to skim surface. Overripe banana and clove aromas. Sweet bubblegum upfront turning to roasted nuts before the dry, lasting banana peel finish.

Bottle. Brown. Banana flavor and aroma throughout with nutty roasted malt. Cocoa shows up at times too. Very good ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Big banana aroma...smells a bit burnt. Same deal with the flavor. Very pronounced banana, but not at all like a Hefe. More like Bananas Foster. Darker, slightly roasty, creamy. Not too sweet. Good.

Mixed feelings about this. One of these is very enjoyable, but I always distrust flavor-added brews. Pours nice dark brown with little head. Unsurprisingly, banana on the nose. Taste is initial banana, and ripe fruit, but followed closely by very nice malt smoothness and rich nuttiness. Finish is fairly clean, with nice banana bread aftertaste.

Bottle from Buffalo NY. Not sure what everyone else was tasting, but we poured this out. Banana tasted fake & the overall beer wasn’t pleasant. Giving it a 2.0 because I’ll give the benefit of a doubt via other’s ratings.

Surprised to see it as a fruit but will rate it anyways. I’d get this again, it was quite good. Banana nut bread mmm. Good to the last drop. Thanks for the bottle share Ron!

(bottle - 12 oz) Nut brown pour with a puffy white head. Mild banana and walnut hint to the aroma. Off to a good start. Flavor starts off a bit bitter with a banana sweetness coming up to cut through it. Lightly sweet finish.

Draft at the huddle. Smooth and sweet brew with a nice banana nut bread flavor. Could have some artificial flavorings in it, but it’s still nice.
