Blah. Even for ice beer this is sub-par. Average looking pour. Medicinal aroma. Super corn water flavor. 6% alcohol makes it an OK alcohol delivery system. Not much else going for it. Except $1.89 (two bucks if you count tax) for a 4 pack of pints. Not a bad price. Headache coming though, I’m sure!
Taste: Semi sweet caramel malt, smooth finish, mild malt nose. Gold, clear, with white head and lacy ring of lace. Lite body. mellow boating beer for an Ice beer. ccex (1365) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 8, 2015
12 ox. can from $8,49 case pours a clear pale golden color with fizzy white head and little lacing. Aroma is full of corn, margarine, and old vegetables. Taste is somewhat sweet like a malt likka, with a metallic aftertaste. Body is light but not watery. Average carbonation and an almost refreshing, crisp mouthfeel, if you can ignore the ultra-cheap taste. At the lowest price point, this beer delivers. You get what you pay for. Oh lord. When you see a beer in a blue can and it is called Something Ice and only the ice varient available you know you are in for something of a nightmare and this beer delivers. It’s golden w/ a foamy head. It semlls like metal, butter, cream corn and cabbage. It’s hars and alcoholic, sweet, syrupy, hont and gross. Excellent malt liquor. Five stars. crossovert (13909) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 20, 2014
