Bottled. Golden colour, with minor white head. Aroma standard pilsnerish, thought the malts have a very vegetably touch. Flavour also quite standard pilsener, malts and hops, and quite salty.

UPDATED: OCT 14, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Normally a Southern-German pils is expected to be less bitter than their Northern counterparts. But this is an "Edelherb" and hence rather hoppy - both bitter but also with a lovely aromatic hoppiness. Still this has room for a certain softness in body. Straw golden with a nice creamy head. 291099 and 060903 Beerhunter111 (23247) - P?Castle, GERMANY - MAR 4, 2014
