1 pint, .9 fl. oz. bottle. AROMA: It smells sweet and has aromas of black licorice. APPEARANCE: It pours an opaque black with a tan, frothy head that dissipates slowly. TASTE: Medium sweet with hints of roasted malt and coffee. PALATE: Full-bodied with a creamy texture and average carbonation. OVERALL: It's a nicely balanced beer. I just wish it had a little more something unique to make it stand out from the other beers. As it is now, I would happily drink this all day long, yet I would be unable to pick it out of a line up.

Quite a variety of roast malt flavours coming your way at the first sip including chocolate. Bitterness pleasant, but quite sweet. Malty and fruity aromas, quite interesting and easier to distinguish then in most other beers. A smooth beer, but the sweetness in the taste started to spoil it for me towards to end of the bottle. Not my favourite Schwarzbier.

Dark, dark red appearance (almost black!) - . Coffee / licorice aroma. Toasted malts on taste - a balance of biiterness and sweetness. Medium body, soft carbonation, moderate sweet finish. Nice Schwarzbier.

Sweet. Roasted malt with notes of black coffee and unsweetened cocoa. Not a standout brew but solid and quite drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from a small shop next to Alcostock in Tallinn harbour. BB 23.02.2018. Deep brown with steady creamy beige head. Pleasant soft roast and black bread aroma and flavour, some mild grassy hops, sweetish molasses, at points almost like chocolate and cacao, some dried dates perhaps; balanced, albeit just a bit too sweet and not very roasty. Very fine carbonation, extremely soft on the palate, excellent drinkability - I just wanna gulp this down and grab another bottle. Superb Schwarzbier.
