Light bodied with average carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish, with sugary malts, light dough, minimal bitterness. OK.

Bottle on the train from Nuremberg to Bamberg (from Toom Amberg) - the final hurdle, Bamberg post Xmas jolly day 1 - 24/01/14. Golden with a good sized white head that dissipates to a covering. Nose is pale malts, faint citrics, cereal, corn, grass. Taste comprises earthy notes, cornflakes, touch of lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok Helles.
