Der Beginn ist deutlich brotiger als süß. Damit süffig und harmonisch, spät minimal säuerlich, angenehm getreidig. Gefällt. 6/8/9/8/8/8

2l pet bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. 28-11-2015.
In short: unfermented wort.
Pours hazy dark copper with almost no head. Cereal, spicy and caramel nose, along with some harsh aromas. Medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture. Taste is really sweet, almost cloying, cereal, some harshness. Wort character, with some artificial notes. My first kvas, guess i can do bettter than this.
