Bouteille 500 ml. 5%. Couleur orangé-rosée un peu brouillée, mousse blanche. Arôme de fruits, malt. En bouche, fruits, peu de levure, malt, fraîche. Bonne.

500 ml bottle. Pours a pink-orange golden with a resilient white head. Smells like fruits and grains. Tastes sweet, like bread, cereals, blackberries and oranges. Some fruity acidity on the finish. Very creamy thanks to the thick head. Strong, almost aggressive carbonation, though. Good Summer beer.

Metalchopz (3595) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - APR 4, 2012
Originally rated April 2005. Poured a hazy orange-pink grapefruit colour with a medium white head. The nose is mildly yeasty with some slight fruit in it. The fruit is very light in the taste. Dry mouthfeel, with a bit of bitterness. Tangy aftertaste. This white beer on lees is better (obviously) when poured with the sediments at the bottom of the bottle. Still, too light for a fruit beer, and for a witbier.

on tap at brewpub. almost clear pale golden with a small cap, little retention. sweet faint malts, no wheat, very light fruity esters. average carbonation, light body, very short finish.

tap at the brewpub - This brew has a mild aroma with a hint of citrus. The flavor is sweet and mild with a little citrus character. It’s light and underwhelming. Where are the blackberries?

500ml bottle. Pours blonde in colour with a pinkish hue, hazy, with yeasty bits. Nice big frothy white head. Aroma and taste are wheaty, yeasty and theres a very small hint of blackberry in there. Not bad.

Bière blanche de 5 % d’alcool. Long col au versement. Bière en théorie blanche, mais en raison des mûres, elle est brune. Une bonne bière froide, rafraîchissante, goût intéressant de la caractéristique blanche mélangé avec l’aspect légèrement amère des mûres. Vraiment excellente !

Bov (13284) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - JAN 19, 2011
from Mondial de la Bière, Strasbourg - hazy dark golden-orange colour with a little foam left; aroma of cream and blackberries; juicy palate and quite sweet, a little acidity and quite dry; aftertaste of dried blackberries

Lanchester (196) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 30, 2010
Poured a golden hue with a very unstable head that vanished completely almost instantly. Notes of damp hay, wheat, and vinegar in the nose...not exactly appealing. The blackberry character simply comes through as sourness and bitterness in an unpleasant way. Lifeless on the palate, and finishes with a lingering boozy/grainy aftertaste. Not my favorite.
