Aroma: Very slight floral hop accents with notes of bread. Aroma is not sticking out much.
Appearance: Clear dark gold, average density. Head is average size, off-white and mostly lasting. No lacing though.
Taste: Attack is certainly hoppy but there are not a lot of flavors sticking out. Bitterness is long and cutting. Still looking for flavors.
An acceptable IPA but with no flavors, just bitterness. toffsbury (118) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 18, 2012
500 mL bottle, bottled 21 March, 2012. Fruity citrus hop aroma and a thick, stable ice cream head. Yellow-amber colour and pretty fizzy. The aroma was the best part, though... Can’t say much about the flavour beyond its bitterness and a weird sour tang. It’s really mostly bitter; I can’t detect maltiness or much body or anything besides this sour water flavour. Disappointing. Hoping this was a bad batch or something... The reviews I see on here are quite mixed. VT (2527) - Quebec City, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 27, 2012
500 ml bottle. Pours an orange amber with a nice white head. Smells hoppy. Taste is herbal, somewhat floral. Cereals are perceptible. Nice bitterness in the finish, although could be more pronounced. Body is watery, carbonation is weak. Somewhat light for an IPA, but it was quite easy-drinking and may be a nice, inoffensive introduction to the style. patrick767 (4063) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - OCT 24, 2011
cask at the brewpub - This hazy light orange beer smells of grapefruit accented hops. That’s the good part. The flavor is weird. There’s some hop bitterness, very weak malt, and a dirty sock funk that’s just not right. Is it just badly unbalanced? No, I think this beer is infected. What a shame to be serving it on cask at the brewpub. Simply unacceptable. sseb69 (1924) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 4, 2011
Bouteille 500 ml. 5%. Couleur jaune cuivrée, mousse blanche abondante. Goût de houblon, céréale et malt. Finale avec un eamertume correct. Bonne.

UM02 (367) - Quebec, CANADA - JUN 26, 2011
I would describe this as a bit of a light IPA in that the malt is fairly light and the bitterness is mild. Nevertheless well balanced, very drinkable and enough hop bitterness that it does not disappoint. Not a desert island IPA but a decent one nontheless. czar (9250) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 15, 2011
cask at brewery. cloudy pale amber with a creamy white head, good retention and lacing. cereals, some toastiness. earthy. floral, citrusy. soft carbonation, light to medium body. ok. richardtempura (15) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 30, 2011
Nice hop flavor.
Hops predominate, malt is in 2nd place, crisp, bright beer.
A fresh beer for fresh drinkers.
Nice beer! davidm (2080) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - DEC 27, 2010
Tap at the brewery, 2010 version in cask. Good beer, with exceptional aroma. It smells of caramel, grass, apricot, and oak. Taste is sweet, with balancing bitterness. Palate is oily, with a thin-to-medium body. Amber, with a frothy head.
