Bottled. Hazy reddish body, big beige head. The aroma is mellow and has raspberry. Not much lime. The taste is thick and oily with both lime and ginger and raspberry.

Slightly cloudy amber color with an orange hue, and dense activity. Creamy beige 2 finger head, lasting around 5-10 minutes, with thick legs. Flavors of raspberries, candies, roasted grains, lime, yeast, leafy hops. Highly sweet with a faint sour tart feel and a few hops. Nice fresh fruity smell that is not too medicinal. Smooth full body with crispy and prickly carbonation. Light finish, but nicely intensified, lingering zesty fruits with gentle leafy and vegetal hops. Refreshing and pleasant fruit beer that is accessible, but holds up very well from a quality yeasty feel. Perfect for hot summer days. Very tasty and well balanced. Overall very good quality craft.

Poured from a 500ml bottle from La Glacière de L’Est. Shared with my significant other. Pour: rich and cloudy amber red with a small head. Nose: subtle fresh raspberry Taste: effervescent. Tangy citrus and raspberries. A bit of caramel and malt on the end. Overall good flavor for a fruit beer.

Pour is reddish brown with a fat, tenacious off-white cap. Nose is (shocking) mostly raspberry and lime (reminds me Starbucks freeze-dried lime wheels). Light floral/tea-like elements, light acidity. Taste is really dry - too dry. Reading the ratings below I feel like this stuff has improved a bit, but it’s not there yet. I would kill for some more sweetness here to balance out the dry, bitter citrus and the acidic raspberry. Lots of potential. This stuff is almost really good. Still decent dock beer.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours clear orangeish amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with notes of fruit. Estery flavour with notes of malt and vinous, berrylike touches. Hints of hops. Rough and slightly acidic aftertaste. Okay but rather strange. 210715

AleRider78 (1500) - Winchester, Ontario, CANADA - APR 19, 2015
Poured lots of creamy, quite bubbly white head. Has a light red appearance, somewhat hazy. Decent lacing. Heavily carbonated. Aroma of wheats and a bit of the raspberry. Flavour is quite concentrated on the raspberry with a bit of the lime coming through, but not as much. Nice tangy mouthfeel. Overall, not something I would drink regularly, but would maybe try again.
