Pours a really hazy sunny golden with a medium white rim that leaves some lacing. Nose carries some faint sulfur but it is gone in an instant and you otherwise get some nice juicy apricots dipped in yogurt. Taste is moderately tart and renders the apricots quite well, better than a lot of apricot sours I can think of. Really refreshing. Body is light, carbonation moderate and mouthfeel is airy and light. Like I said, hyper refreshing. Overall a really solid apricot berliner, I’ll certainly partake in that again over the course of summer!

Bouteille 500ml.

pours cloudy and kind of milky pale golden orange with a creamy eggshell white head offering good retention and lacing. tons of fresh meaty apricots, their juices and oils, along with dried ones, spot-on tartness, never linear - rather complex in fact; tender lightly spicy and peppery wheat, few bitters - peel, skin and herbs; white pepper, lots of minerals. moderate carbonation, light body - oily; dry enough and pleasantly tart citrusy finish. very solid apricot berliner - as solid as their collab with feels (differently) more juicy and apricot-forward. loved it!

Bottle (500 ml) at home. Split 2-ways. Hazy orangey golden with a medium white head, moderate retention, leaving little lacing. Aroma is of apricots juice, yogurt and light herbalness. Taste is moderately tart - but there’s no american sour ale acetic notes - with apricots juice aplenty, lemony and wheaty notes, mild herbalness and yogurt notes. Medium-light body. Moderate carbonation. Rather fluffy mouthfeel. Apricots juice finish. A pretty easy drinking and enjoyable apricot juice forward sour (soft) ale. I could see myself drinking this again for sure.

Nice apricot and pineapple aroma, perhaps mango and passion fruit too. Should be hard to fail with these fruits especially if making a splendidly acidulous Berliner Weisse, and this beer proves the point. Lots of fruity acidity, combined with thirst quenching qualities, a pleasant aftertaste with even more fruit. Well done!

500ml bottle. Cloudy golden yellow with a foamy white head. Flavors are cereals, peach, apricot, stone fruits skin, lemon pie and yogurt with mineral notes. Light to medium body, moderate to good carbonation, smooth texture.
