3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
I’m definitely a fan of this one. Les 3 Brasseur beers tend to be highly underrated on this website IMO, too many sobs that hate on a place because its trendy or without good reason. This pours a nice cloudy gold color with good head retention and some lacing. Smells of citrus with a hint of malt. Tastes super refreshing with citrus overtones and the acidic bite at the end makes it great for a hot summer day (or any time, really )
would definitely order again (and I always do!)
.5l draft at Les 3 Brasseurs Ste Catherine in Montreal, Canada. The pour is a hazed yellow golden with a white head. The aroma is a bunch of clove, hay grass, and traditional Wit Belgian yeast. The is lemon, floral, the evident clove, an the general Belgian yeast spiciness. The palate is medium bodied, un filtered mouth feel and a lingering clove finish. Straight forward, solid Wit. On tap at "brewpub". This is big glass of nothing special. Starts off as an alcoholic cream of wheat. Gets kinda sickly after awhile. stupre (538) - Nanterre, FRANCE - AUG 7, 2017

I liked this one - it’s been a while since I’ve enjoyed a White Ale, but nevertheless there was some pleasant yeasty goodness in this cloudy white beverage.
