A blond with some white head, lots of lace dots follow. A beery, apple smell with some W30 oil, becomes funky as it warms. Aggressive carbonation that eases off as it warms. Edgy taste, a bit funky, like an average French or belgian beer, drinkable,About average mouthfeel. Very fresh.

On Tap at Les 3 Brasseurs, Toronto 14/11/2010 Floral malt aroma. Carbonation. Golden coloured hoppy and floral with a hint of spiced flavour in a slightly bitter and dry malt finish.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2011 En fût au restaurant du centropolis - Probablement une des pires bières que j’ai prises dans ma vie. Elle semblait bonne et rafraîchissante à l’oeil mais le goût était désagréable.

On tap as a regular at the brewpub. Man, you local guys do avoid this chain! Anyway, pours a clear golden hue with a small white head. The aroma is dry apples, grains, some honey. The flavor is smooth and unoffensive; sweet fruit, apples, watery and thin. Not much to say.

Draught at the brewpub in Lille. Poured a hazy yellow body with a medium sized thick head that went away relatively slowly. Light sweetish grainy aroma. The taste is grainy, a bit husky, not too sweet, slightly acidic from the slightly herbal hop. Ok micro lager, tasty in a way. Could drink more than one.

On tap at Les 3 Brassuers in Quebec, Canada. Had a pitcher. Good beer, nothing special.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours clear golden yellow. Overall not bad. I would like to see a bit of a stronger flavour.

Has a faint hops aroma. Apperance is gold with no head. Nice hops flavour, very drinkable, with a medium-dry finish. It’s tasty, a well-made blonde.

Pale yellow, not much head. The drinking experience is about what you’d expect from the appearance. Grainy malts, sweetness, a bit of alcohol. A bit of belgian-y yeastiness (that seems to characterize all their beers) gives it a little interest. Thin. Little finish.
