From tap at the St Denis brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is light cornish and mild grassy to hayish. Bitter, light yeasty, mild estery and vague fruity. More grassy than the blanche.6-3-6-3-13

Draft at the Lyon location. A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of grain, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw as well as a light note of malt. The body is light. I find it boring.

UPDATED: OCT 26, 2003 Sampled draught at their Aubière location (France).
Pale golden, clear. Medium sweet, fruity. Lightly grassy. Very middle-of-the road, but at least reasonably firm and with a touch of bitterness.

2011-09-05, draught at the brewpub in Lille, 6-3-6-2-12=29
Hazy blond color; creamy head. It has a light but delicate hoppy aroma. Mild malt flavor, dry, with some unmalted cereals; correct bitterness, but the structure gets weaker and weaker. Reasonably drinkable.

2004-10-30, draught at Les 3 Brasseurs Saint-Priest (Lyon), 3-2-4-2-7=18
Cloudy blond color. Poor lager, a bit smelly, like any other mainstream bottled one.

harrisoni (18437) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - MAR 4, 2012
At 3 Brasseurs Lille. clear pale gold thin white head. cereal aroma. touch of lager sweet malt in mouth. its fine. but dull. slightly above pale lager status but not a huge amount of flavour and character. touch of lemon. fine and yes fresh and good to have here. some yeast character even. if you dig deep enough its an ok blond. some spicy hop on finish. ok

Pale yellow color, clear, small white head. Dry yeasty, a bit spicey aroma. Light-bodied. Light apple, pepper, some annoying cloak notes. Very watery and easy.

Sampled at the Montreal location
Gold; mossy, milky hop nose; crisp bitterness, floral hops, wheaty notes in the finish.

brokensail (16440) - Dublin, California, USA - MAR 8, 2015
On tap @ Les 3 Brasseurs Old Montreal. Clear golden colored beer with white foam. Light lemon and a lot of toasted grain and corn flakes. Slight grassy hoppiness. There’s a light bitterness to the taste. Grainy and very heavy on the cereal. Sort of like a bowl of corn flakes cereal. Meh.

MiP (15650) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - AUG 28, 2006
UPDATED: AUG 29, 2010 Draught, in Strasbourg. Sweet, spicy aroma. Sparkling, clear golden colour. The head is white, but almost non-existant. Slightly spicy flavour. Has a good, distinct hoppiness which goes on into the aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel. Not bad. 7 3 7 3 15

Draught at the brewpub in Toronto. Mild spicy aroma, teaish and with a grassy hop note. Hazy yellow colour, sparkling. Very small white head. The flavour is quite spicy, some coriander. Hint of citrus. Like a Belgian wit. OK mild sweetness. Medium clean bitterness in the finish. 6 3 6 3 15
