Arome : coffee, cereal,
Appearance : brown, black,
Taste : heavily sour,
Palate : medium body, average carbonation, long finish,

Clear ruby to purple beer, small creamy irregular beige head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: bit dusty, lots of dried fruits, overripe banana, caramel, sweet and sugary, raisins. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of dried fruits, come chocolate, vanilla, sweet and sugary. Aftertaste: caramel, chocolate, dried fruits, little bitter, some alcohol, sugary, vanilla again. Wow, really pleasantly surprised by this one!
Thick creamy off white head. Slightly hazy red pour. Odd aftertaste. Herbal bitterness. Shaney (2423) - Köln / Cologne, GERMANY - JUN 17, 2013
Dunkelbraun, trüb, ordentliche Schaumbildung. Ein Malzaroma mit leichter Minze. Im Geschmack dto. Klingt leicht alkoholisch aus. Standard, nicht mehr. Jgabriel (5) - BELGIUM - JUN 7, 2013 does not count
Dark belgian beer very spicy and tasty. Unusual taste for brown beer. Great taste but not long enough. To be tried.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity and roasted malty. Fruity, citric and roasted malty. Overripe fruity and metallic. Lingering fruity and mild citric finish. Ungstrup (37655) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAY 19, 2013
Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of chcolate, alcohol, and metal. The flavor is swet with notes of chcolate, alcohol, and metal, leading to a tart finish. altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - MAR 4, 2013
Bottle bought at Brussels Natural History Museum. Dark, murky chocolate body with an absolute gusher of a head. Nose (or what’s left of it) sweet, cloying, raisins, dark fruits. Taste is sour on the front, medicinal, raisins, sugar. Quite a Jagermeister finish to it. Prehistoric, indeed.omhper (25153) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - FEB 23, 2013

Bottle from Beer Temple. Dark amber body with medium oily head. Nose of sweet malts and fruits. Taste is also malts, caramel, toffee and nice fruits. Nice sweet and oily texture. Pretty good in a buttery way.
Bottled. Hazy mahogany colour, coarse head. Rich caramel and chestnut aroma. Mid sweet with dense, soft mouthfeel and ful body. Heavy and doughy with plenty of marzipan and warming finish. nuplastikk (6289) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 6, 2012
11.2oz grenade bottle. Unfiltered dark brown. Thin, glass rimming non-head. Big intense boozy brown sugar and dark fruit aroma. Sort of unique, pretty drinkable too actually. There is some citrus-like, acidic balance, not just a big dark malt bomb. Almost wine like under the doughy brown chocolate. Almost like a boozed out Belgified Doppelbock or Weizenbock with a touch of sour. Worth a try, but not exactly a great beer.
