Syfher (356) - Brussels, BELGIUM - OCT 8, 2016
Bottle of 33cl, in a Trappist glass; from the fridge. Wonderful bio stout, with a deep dark brown colour and a white-brown head. The aroma is full of cocoa and roasted malt. The taste is roasted malt, chocolate and small hoppy notes. Go for it, since bio and quality seems to rhyme at Caracole brewery.

KoNrRiI (1314) - rhus, DENMARK - JUL 21, 2016

0.33 bottle.
A thick black color with some small, off-white head. Aroma primarily composed of coffee, cocoa, and roasted malts. Taste is just as simple - cocoa and coffee. A medium body, a slick and creamy texture, and an average carbonation. Finish is rather long and unsurprisingly also smacks of coffee. Overall the beer is mediocre, nothing else to report.

Det var gott skit, smaken var belgisk med tydliga inslag av belgisk jstkultur och choklad. Kroppen var okej och balansen satt p sin plats.
