Een heel lekker biertje dat vlot wegdrinkt, maar toch met een speciale smaak. Terminus (3716) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - JAN 10, 2005

(Bottled) Very hazy orange with a medium, foamy and slightly tanned and lacy head. Very fruity, orangey, perfumy and lightly spicy aroma with some caramely, sweetish malt – a typical Caracole. The flavor is also extremely fruity, smoothly malty, lightly bready and yeasty. Medium-bodied, lightly foamy but smooth, pleasantly balanced and refreshing palate. A very nice and pleasant brew from a great brewery. thewolf (12800) - Kolding, DENMARK - MAR 11, 2009

Pours a clear golden with just the slightest chill-haze. A nice, staying, creamy, small, off-white head on top. Super aroma. Very spicy, some sweet, chewy caramel, vinious, flowery, "senneps-blomst". Soft carbonation, fine frothy mouthfeel. Flavour is pleasantly malty, good oranges, caramel, yeast, wheat, vinoius and dry. Elegantly hopped in the finish. Nice.
Clean lemon-yellow body with a sudsy white head. Estery nose of light banana and citrus with a pale malt underbelly and clove-like notes. Very good balance of phenolic spice, nutty malt, and moderate levels of stale Noble hops. Light but noticeable alcohol. A very solid Belgian blonde ale. This would make a great session beer. Light enough to stick with but keeps your interest. Thanks to Stan Hieronymus for sharing this rarity straight from Belgium.

Bottle. Cloudy amber with a thick offwhite head. Sweet and fruity aroma as of peach annd passion fruit, yeasty. Good fruity flavours, lots of peach, but also hints of banana and other mellow fruits, with a spicy, drier finish. Warming alcohol. Nice. erway (1004) - Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA - JAN 12, 2005
Slightly hazy yellow. Aroma of corriander and some sweet malts. Maybe some anise. Lots of fruity esters of citrus apricots and cloves from a high ferment temp no doubt. Some sourish notes w/ a nice drying hoppy finish.
