Aroma is slightly sour with orange notes, yeast and bread touch, spices such as cloves, body is medium, very yeast like, anise touch, bit boring, astringent finish. bottle from Village de la Bière Strasbourg. Cloudy amber colour, large and foamy off-white head. Spicy aroma. Malty base with some sweetness, lots of yeast and spicy herbs, hints of sage for example. The list of ingredients lacks hops - is it just brewed with herbs? Unusual but nice.
