Leighton (22823) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 23, 2013
Bottle at home in London. Pours perfectly clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a large, frothy white head. Nose holds lots of white bread, dough, some vanilla frosting. Medium to big sweet flavor, lots more simple, doughy-bready pale malts, hints of orange cream soda, white sugar, hay. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Light warmth to finish, some overripe lemon, wet dough. Starts alright but I’m not crazy about the finish.

Rasmus40 (22173) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUN 16, 2012
Unclear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, bready and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 160512

Gut! Test vom 13.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,12,12,11,10,12 - 11,35

fiulijn (21516) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 10, 2002
UPDATED: SEP 3, 2003 [Rerate] Blond ale, poor head, poor aroma, just a little malty, simple flavour, sweet, not enough malty; really light palate.
[22-05-2002, 5-3-6-2-11]: gold ale. Sweet aroma, some malt, lightly corky. Sweet, some body, without malt taste. Poor palate, with only a few hops.

saxo (19583) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - MAY 18, 2012
Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, butter, fruits, yeast and hops.

harrisoni (19556) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - SEP 15, 2005
33cl bottle. Golden/orange colour with disappering white head. Slightly pale malty nose, some citric hop, good bready malts going onward. Impressive. Good hoppy finish. Excellent blond beer that I will certainly buy again next time I am in France

Oakes (19426) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 6, 2001
Less blond than orangey-copper; has a big, firm, brandyish aroma and body, with some peaches in cream notes.

rlgk (18843) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAR 15, 2007
Bottle at Delirium Cafe, Göteborg. Yellow/golden ciolor, small white head. Nutty, malty aroma with creamy notes. Maltyu, nutty flavor, smotthand with a nice balance from hops. Vinous notes and some raisins.

chrisv10 (18735) - DENMARK - DEC 21, 2010
33 cl bottle. Clear bright yellow with medium white head. Flavour is malt, sweet, bitter, dry and spices.

TBone (18565) - Pori, FINLAND - JUL 27, 2007
Bottled (BB 06/2008)
Copper brown color, small creamy white head, lace. Vinegar in the nose with dark fruits and hazelnuts. Crisp carbonation. Not very complex flavor, basicly same elements than in the aroma: nuts, candy sugar, sourish notes. Sweetish aftertaste fades away quickly. Not really interesting blonde.
