Contrairement à l’ambrée qui m’avait décu par son amertume et le gout de houblon trop intense. Celle la est vraiment une bonne bignouse.

Chez Jacky avec côte de boeuf. Blonde, col de mousse moyen à tenue moyenne et carbo forte. Arôme fruité très sympa. En bouche, douce et fruitée : pomme, fruits jaunes. Bien ! Mais j’ai préféré L’Ambrée plus puissante et légèrement torréfiée.

larsga (7539) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 17, 2017
Medium white head. Clear still coppery body. Fruity toffee aroma with floral notes. Sweetish floral earthy caramelly taste with strawy vanilla fudge notes. Reminiscent of some Lithuanian beers. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish earthy caramelly straw aftertaste with vanilla fudge and toffee notes. Unusual. A little sweet and slack, but still interesting. (0.75l bottle, from wine monopoly, Strømmen.)

Kolor z?oty, klarowny. Piana bia?a, puszysta, drobno p?cherzykowa, wysoka, wyj?tkowo trwa?a, pozostawia fantastyczne zdobienia. Aromat: wytrawny, owocowy, s? bia?e winogrona, jest s?odowo?? i delikatna "malinowa" s?odycz. Ca?o?? podane z charakterystycznymi dla stylu, nutami piwnicznymi. Smak: delikatnie ostry, pieprzowy, wytrawny z wyra?n? s?odowo?cia, s? bia?e owoce, lekko kwa?ne i s?odkie, mnóstwo wilgotnej piwnicy wype?nionej mokrym, kielkujacym zbo?em. Goryczka delikatna, pieprzowa. Wysycenie wysokie, odpowiednie.
