One of the very best blonde on the market. The draft one is even better, totally my type

I love this beer. From the branding to the taste, everything is perfect for me. Great Montreal product.

Metalflake (73) - Les Coteaux, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 1, 2015
Bottle from the grocery store. Poured into a shaker, poured a clear golden yellow with a 1.5-inch bright white head that lasted about halfway down the glass, with nice lacing. Not a bad beer at all, much better than I expected from some of the reviews. This is what the drek that most macros put out SHOULD taste like. Yes, there’s some corn there, but it’s underneath real barley and yes, it’s pretty one-dimensional, but it’s not overly sweet, and there is enough hop presence to keep the palate interested. Uncomplicated and easy drinking. I’d buy it again if it weren’t 5 bucks a bottle - this kind of beer isn’t worth that kind of cash.

bedainedebiere (539) - Terrebonne, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 13, 2017
Now in can, 13,99$ for 6 cans. Ridiculously underrated beer, although it is now more affordable than it was. I always liked its unique barn-like natural taste, which has not dissapeared in its new branding. Grassy but discreet hops. A smooth and highly drinkable simple beer with its own personnality. It could become my "beer of summer 2017" !

probstblueribbon (3791) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - APR 3, 2014
500 ml bottle from Broue Ha Ha, served at cellar temperature in a tulip glass.

App.: Clear yellow with a fair, frail white head. Aroma: Sulphur and Noble hops, like a Pilsner, pale malt/cereal, grass, hay, a touch peppery, quite nice. Palate: Medium body, fairly full, fine, prickly effervescence. Flav.: Like the nose, with plenty of sulphur and grassy/hay-like Noble hops, a bit more cereal/light malt, lightly peppery, maybe a little fruity (appropriate for the label label, not for the ratebeer style); dry with nice bitterness and a grassy, lightly fruity finish.

As a Blonde Ale, quite good. As a Pale Lager, too much fermentation character. Either way, tasty.

Speedy_Charly (217) - Plaisance, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 15, 2015

Bierdimpfe (640) - Quebec, CANADA - OCT 7, 2016
Slightly hazy straw color with dense activity. Faint creamy white 1 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, with poor legs. Flavors of sweet grains, metal, caramel, faint floral and grassy hops. Biscuity with a dominant sugary feel. Slick and smooth medium body with nice zesty carbonation. Light finish, short lingering lemony feel, pleasant roasted corn, and notes of noble spices. Crispy, fresh, and satisfying. Decent flavors, good balance, a bit faint but at least it doesn’t feel adjunct. Overall good quality casual blonde for a hot summer day.

Une blonde qui est surprenante au goût avec un collet leger merite un deuxième essai afin de bien savourer et complementer cette biere.

Standard IPA, lightly hopped but a bit of bitterness and some caramel maltiness. Easy drinking. Not a great IPA but decent enough and drinkable though overpriced at $5 a bottle.
