0.5 l horn shaped glass @ Delirium Tremens, Brussels. Well, it might be difficult to forget the special glass when rating the taste. This is refreshing blonde, but nothing special.

330ml bottle at Beer Bear, Shanghai. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast and malt. Sweet finish. Seemed thin but I had it after the Corne Triple.

Bottle of 33cl, in a Trappist glass; from the fridge. Hipsters, nothing more than a bunch of fag cunts. Pourquoi voulez-vous descendre des bières sous prétextes qu’elles sont dans la moyenne afin de plaire au grand public ? Cette bière est ce qu’elle est, elle ne vend pas de rêve, mais elle est bonnne. Et ça c’est beau !

Douberd (5249) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - FEB 3, 2015
(La Corne du Bois des Pendus Blonde) Bottle 330 ml, served into a tulip, ABV 5.9% Pale golden yellow colour on the body, huge snow white head sitting on top, kind of frothy, with good retention though mainly because of its size. Aroma of perfume, yeast, light fruity notes, a bit funky as well. Good taste, clean, with grass, apples, perfume, a bit of peach. Medium thin body with the carbonation being on the high side. An okay beer.

Svesse (8148) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - JAN 26, 2015
(Draught at Little Delirium Café, Brussels, 25 Oct 2014) Pale yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with grain, bread and tropical fruit. Malty, fruity taste with notes of tropical fruit, cereal, bread and grassy hops in a finish with a balanced bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Average Belgian blonde, tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Bottle from Otsuki. Crisp, lemony nose, spicy yeast, light wheat. Pale gold, hazy, huge airy head. Flavor is lemon and biscuits, starts slightly sweet then dries out nicely. Good hop usage. Crisp. Decent stuff and highly drinkable.

On tap at Bruxx. Why not to try a beer in such an attractive glass?... Comparing to Kwak this is pure marketing nothing special. Yellowish colour with white head. Some fruits and ester sweetness. Wont repeat this one.

Toute l’originalité de cette blonde belge se trouve...dans son nom et son verre. Pas mauvaise du tout mais plutôt quelconque. Bouteille bue au bar La tête à l’envers, Vincennes, France, le 02/04/2014.

Trappist1 (646) - Diest, BELGIUM - NOV 20, 2014
Yellow gold color with an off-white head. Nose. Grain, malt, yeast, white sugar, sugarish, sweet candy. Taste. Yeast, grain, malty. Good carbonation. Bitter with a sweet touch in the end. Good balance, especially knowing this is only a 5.9% beer. This is a surprise.
