Delerium, Brussels. Keg. Pours pale yellow and lightly opaque with a perfect head. Scent is light pale malt on a Belgian blonde. Taste is consistent and peppery. Quite plain. Good.

pours hazy light golden with a very creamy and frothy reviving white head, good retention and lacing - floaters aside, it would have been a 5/5 appearance. big fat belgian fruity grains - golden chunky cereals; spicy and peppery peach fruitiness, assertive noble grassiness, very bitter hersb, woodsy and musty vanilla, hint of coconut, calvados-like alcohol, very fruity yeast action. bright and just slightly foamy carbonation, medium body - oily but never heavy; semi-sweet yet assertive herbal-grassy finish. like a farmhouse tripel without infection - more authentic than trappist and trappist-like tripel from belgium, if at all possible. much enjoyed with the missus.

Goede en uitgebalanceerde tripel. Aroma van perzik en paar en graan. Pittige smaak met hop met lichte bitterheid en mooie fruitigheid. Fris, dorstlessend. Mooie schuimkop.

Bottle (330 ml) at home. Hazy pale golden with a frothy white head, good retention, leaving heavy lacing. Aroma is pretty classic of a Belgian Tripel with peppery yeast, alcohol, floral and fruity notes and some herbalness. Taste is semi-sweet with some alcohol heat, floral and fruity notes, peppery notes and moderate bitterness. Medium body. Moderate-medium carbonation. Peppery finish with alcohol warmth (not burning). Dry. A bit heavy but fairly well executed Belgian Tripel where the alcohol is upfront but not overpowering.

Pours a pale golden with lots of floating particles and a medium white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is that of a classic tripel with flowery and peppery alcohol. It is also nicely fruity. Taste is not too sweet and lightly bitter. Alcohol does warm you but never feels "hot". More fruits this time and a healthy dose of peppery alcohol. Body is on the light side and carbonation moderate. Drying alcohol. A pretty good classic belgian tripel.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy copper to orange with a big foamy white head and an aroma of yeast, sweet malts, lemon, ripe fruits, apples, citrus hops, basil, maple syrup, mandarin and sour cherries. The taste is medium sweet with a fizzy carbonation and a hoppy and spicy finish. This one is above my expectations

Bottle. Golden in color with a white head. Sweet fruityness, light peppery spicyness and bit of green herbal notes in aroma. Bit of yeasty spicy notes, some bitterness and fruityness in taste. Good stuff anyway, tasty one.

Pours a hazy golden orange from the bottle into a ridiculous horn glass with fluffy white has that leaves good lace. Aroma of spicy and light fruity Belgian esters and a boozy malt background. Taste follows, less of the spice, more of the booze and malt. Solid tripel, would like it a bit hoppier.

Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. Cloudy golden coloured with a massive head of white foam. It has a sweet herbal lemon and spicy fruity flavour followed by warming dried fruit and peppery hops on the finish. Very good but too high an ABV for the flavour.
