Tasted from a pint can. It poured a dark Amber hue with a frothy head that left streaky lacing. Hop, pineapple, and citrus aroma. A well hopped taste with a slightly bitter back.

Can. Copper color. Aroma of orange peel and citrus. Flavor is heavy citrus hops and a medium amount of caramel sweetness. Hop flavors shine and are well balanced although i think the 7.2 starts to show up as it warms. hopwine (670) - brooklynzzzzz, New York, USA - DEC 31, 2014
Juicy, tropical aroma. Flavor is floral/nectar/honey, grass, pungent mango and passion fruit, citrus rind bitterness. Damn this is truly amazing and I really appreciate them caring enough to list when it was canned on the four pack carrier. Braudog (6717) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - DEC 31, 2014
Draft at the brewery. Solid American IPA. All the expected attributes from the average beer geek ... sturdy amber colors, nice head retention, enticing earthy aroma of pine forest. Quite drinkable, full of well balanced flavors you’d expect. Delish. (#5908, 10/28/2014) Marheb (5779) - San Diego, California, USA - DEC 31, 2014

UPDATED: AUG 29, 2015 There’s no need for a complex rating of this beer. It’s the best ipa out there. Go to New Mexico and grab a fresh four pack and enjoy it. This beer speaks for itself. It’s worth every penny. If you like hops and don’t like nasty weird gross malty sweetness this is your beer. There’s plenty of hops here. Cheers. sonnycheeba (5988) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - DEC 15, 2014
Shared can. Pours clear gold with creamy white head. Aroma is biscuit and cereal malts, pineapple, lemon zest, floral notes, and faint toast and caramel. Flavor is good citrus and grassy hop presence, dry malt base, grapefruit esters, and some toast; dry and smooth. Medium body and carbonation. johnnnniee (4312) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - DEC 13, 2014
Can brought back by David and shared tonight at the Christmas Party.
Huge dank resinous hop aroma. light sweet bready maltiness. Smooth hop flavor and bitterness. That’s a damn fine IPA right there, if I lived closer I’d drink these often. That1Guy (2236) - Colorado, USA - DEC 6, 2014
My very first stop at the Boulder IPA Fest. Went back several more times. So excited to try this beer, and it did not disappoint. Clear golden pour with a frothy white head. Very hop forward with tons of citrus notes. Clean bitter finish. Lived up to the hype. jandd1983 (4330) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - DEC 3, 2014
It poured an orange color with a white head. The aroma was of pine, resin, citrus and grapefruit. The taste was bitter, hop forward, with pine and grapefruit notes. Very nice.
