From a can thanks to BOOurns on the coachella message board. The pour is a huge white frothy head with a yellow-orange color. An grapefruit pine hop flavor with a slick and sticky texture. maltman53 (472) - Corrales, New Mexico, USA - SEP 23, 2013
Pours hazy apricot color, hoppy citrus, pine, grapefruit nose, head retention dissipates rather quickly, sweet cooked marmalade malt palate, finishing fresh and refreshing for 100 IBUs. thome50 (1294) - Morro Bay via Orange County, California, USA - SEP 22, 2013
Can from a NM friend passing through town Glad I’m almost through the top 10 IPAs. Pours a clear light orange/golden color with soapy white head. Aroma is grapefruit and orange pulp. Some mild spice as well, almost thyme. Taste is a very dry grapefruit and pithy ipa. Not sweet at all which is a nice change of pace. Really nice mouth feel that is again dry but very interesting. The can was almost two months old but shows no real signs of faded hops etc. I love canned IPA! auerbrau (3203) - Ithaca, New York, USA - SEP 21, 2013
Can. Thanks Chris & Samira! Heavy pine and lupulin musk aroma. Vibrant, grassy, and tough. Flavors are bristlingly bitter and dry, which I appreciate, instead of a soppy, wet, sugary mess (like Heady Topper). Alcohols are well integrated, the bitterness is distinct, clean, and balancing, and except for a bit too much Simcoe-esque cat-pee mid-palate, a pretty pleasing set of hop flavors. Pint at taproom. Pours yellow and clear with a thin white head. Leaves a lot of lacing. Very leafy on the nose. Lots of pine and grapefruit on the tongue. But I don’t find the one particularly bitter. It finishes clean. It’s flavorful and a damn good IPA.

Big thanks to bytemesis for the can! Pours hazy golden color with a creamy bed of foam. Tropical fruits and flowers in the nose. Very flavorful. Nice bitterness, also retains some of the non-bitter citrus. All of the components are harmonious. One of the best IPAs I have had. Boutip (6321) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 11, 2013
Bottle: Poured a hazy amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of floral hops with nice light citrus undertones and grassy notes is quite a treat. Taste is also dominated by citrus notes with some strong floral notes with light resin and grassy notes. Malt backbone is present though quite dry and doesn’t interfere with the hops flavours. Body is quite full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very well brewed and approaching HT level of goodness. bytemesis (8235) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - SEP 8, 2013
UPDATED: SEP 18, 2013 Can, thanks a ton to Cocoapuph for bonusing me this long time want lister! Pours golden butterscotch, medium creamy beige head that slowly dissipates leaving a lot of residual and nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is grapefruit, pine, citrus, a bit of passionfruit. Very nice! Flavor delivers on what the aroma promises, light sweet and light bitter, really well balanced. Reminds me a lot of a slightly souped up Zombie Dust, actually, which is a pretty damn good compliment. Medium body, a little bit oily in the mouth. This is a first rate IPA. Its score from me probably suffers a bit from the fact that the class of first rate IPA’s is growing rapidly though. Pours amber with a two finger white head and nice lacing. Powerful hop aroma, lots of pine resin and tropical fruit. Bitter pine resin and grapefruit flavors hit the tongue first followed by sweet malty tropical fruit. Full bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall this is one of the best IPAs I've ever had, bar none!

16 oz can from my buddy in AZ. Pours a nice, clear golden orange color with a small foamy head that fades normally and leaves a little webbing. Big, musty aroma of grapefruit, tropical fruit, oranges, and apricots. Taste is intense. Light sweetness with a very strong bitter punch. Fresh citrus and tropical fruit hops throughout with a little onion too. Good malt backbone. A bit extreme in the bitterness but still delicious. If the bitterness was toned down a bit it might be my favorite IPA.
