750 ml bottle from Beverage Warehouse in Winooski, VT (November 2008), served at cellar temperature in a Duvel glass. Big fluffy lasting head laces generously when it fails atop the translucent amber-gold body....grassy, initially pil-like fresh aroma on more exploration offers some funkiness, but also a touch of skunk-like unpleasantness....the body is moderately sweet to start, some tart notes coming in midpalate, with a lightly sour, milky character towards the finish, a bit of vegetal character....I get the feeling that the wheat and especially the rice did not favor this beer; on the whole, so-so.

A nice beer but i found the aroma to be a let down...metallic, irony. Pours golden orange. The taste is creamy malty, toffee caramel with spicy hop finish. Hides the ABV incredibly, not bad

Light amber, off-white frothy head transforming to a nice hill in the middle of surface. Candy, perfume, dust, alcohol on nose. Medium body. Sweetish flavour. Candy, corn, perfume, dried pale fruit. Not much spirit on tongue. Light bitterness. Enjoyable enough. It has some point on it.

Well, this one ain’t bad bud is rather disappointing to me. It has a strong alcohol aftertaste all along, not a bad thing but there barely was much more to find in it. A somewhat pleasant taste in mouth at the beginning but it tends to get boring at the end... Quite sour overall. Some might like it, it’s correct, but definitely not in my best experiences book. APPROVED BY TAVERNY’S BLACK METAL CREW !

Lthough sweet beers is not my kind of thing, I still like this beer. Only drink it wel chilled. This reduces the sweet caramel and pure sugar taste. It brings up a balanced hop taste. After taste is sweet. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
