Pinkish and slightly effervescent. Quite dry, light apple and a dash of apricotty notes. Fairly nice, but not as complex as their usual work. fiulijn (21399) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 6, 2016

Light dull amber color. The apple aroma is quite nice, with a touch of hazelnuts. Light apple flavor, but also too dry to really appreciate, moderately sour; the final is short and weak.
2013 vintage. 750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a few bubbles of head. Aroma brings out notes of champagne yeast and bone dry apples. Flavour is very complex, with bone dry apples with only a hint of residual sweetness, lots of champagne yeast, and almost a touch of rustic funk quality. Superbly balanced and highly drinkable. Excellent.

Bottle (750 ml) bought @ La Face Cachée de la Pomme. Split with the Québec crew. mathieuc (4000) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 29, 2015
Appearance: Clear pale yellow with pinkinsh hues and a small bubbly and quickly disappearing ring of white foam.
Aroma: Quite floral with mild geneva apples and a light sweetness impression.
Taste: Not much sweetness, mild tartness, geneva apples, floral notes and CO².
Palate: Light to medium body. Medium carbonation. Dry finish.
Overall: It’s easy drinking and quenching. I was expecting a bit more tartness from the geneva apples which I think would have made this one quite a bit more refreshing and enjoyable but it’s a good rosé nonetheless.
UPDATED: JUN 9, 2015 Pours a slightly pink yellow with some nice bubbles. Nose is of straight pommettes juice. Taste is lightly tart and basically just some fresh crabapples juice. Body is light to medium and carbonation medium to high. Overall a fair sparkling cider, I could see myself sharing that with people over the course of summer! czar (9501) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 29, 2015
