750ml bottle, poured into wine glasses, extremely bubbly champagne like head which dissipates extremely quickly. Tastes fizzy sour and sweet. Interesting, similar to champagne but better. I am not a fan of bubbly ass drinks but this one is solid. Good alternative for poppin bottles on NYE but no where near as La Face Cachée de la Pomme's other offerings.

Bottle. Pours with clear pale hue with some aggressive bubbles that fizz away relatively quickly. Looks like champagne in the glass. Aromas suggest sweetness. Carbonic, fruity, intense apple, honey, mild baking spices, light yeastiness, lemon, stonefruit and a hint of sulfur. Flavors are highly carbonic, medium sweet, a bit yeasty, with mild stone fruit, and lots of apple. The taste doesn’t quite match the pleasures of the aroma. It seems to be lacking a bit of acidity or tannin to balance the sweetness and fruit. Still good though. Mild sulfur. Extremely high carbonation. Off-dry. Good overall.

Bottle. Thanks Davido. Smells like pastry, apples and booze. Taste is good, light tartness, apples, bit rocket powered. Good stuff. Enjoyable!

Opens up quite loudly, giving me expectations as to how carbonated it will be! Pours a very clear yellow with some bubble streams. First whiff burned my nostrils with a lot of CO2, it then proceeded with cooked apples, brown sugar and some fleshy crisp apples. Taste is indeed off-dry and lightly tart with more of the cooked apples with brown sugar on top. A bit heavy perhaps for a sparkling cider. More crisp apples in the finish. Body is medium, carbonation moderate. Overall a pretty good (if not a bit too sweet/heavy) sparkling cider. I would never have a full bottle of this to myself but I will definitely pick it up again to offer as a digestive the next time I have people over!

750 ml bottle shared by T.J., killing it tonight. Aroma is apples, sugar, mineral water. Taste is of apples, sugar, and mild minerals. Lighter bodied with a great crispness. Snappy carbonation. Overall, not too sweet nor cloying or heavy. Very nice. Maybe just a tad of alcohol taste.

750 ml bottle from my mom. Nose is tart green apples, honey, and a light mild white cheese note. Clear bubbly gold with a medium white head. Flavor is lightly tart apples with a moderate sweetness . Not as nice as their pure ice ciders, but a nice tasting blend.
